Requirements

Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
Current CPR Certification

Responsibilities

Positively interact with residents, guests, family members and team members daily
Provide the highest quality care possible to patients and residents
Exceed expectations of those served and worked with
Administer medications and treatments during evening shifts
Monitor resident vital signs and health status
Assist with rehabilitation activities and daily living needs
Document care provided in resident medical records
Ensure resident safety and comfort in skilled nursing environment
