Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver high quality care during night shifts. Hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care. Be willing to complete level 3 training.

Our committed team provides care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire. It runs 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres supporting older people, adults living with dementia, and their families. Embrace our vision of the best quality service with kindness, dignity, care, and compassion.
