RestorixHealth

Woodward, US · Full-time · $55,000 – $85,000

About this role

At RestorixHealth, our mission is simple: to restore health and improve the quality of life – and access to care – for patients with wounds. Wound Care Nurses (RN or LPN, will train) are the heart and soul behind what we do. Utilizing the Nursing Process, they plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.

The Wound Care Nurse provides patient care based on scientific principles, nursing theory and evidence-based practice. They recognize change in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately, prioritizing nursing actions based on patient needs, acuity and desired outcomes. Physician orders are implemented accurately within appropriate time frames.

Wound Care Nurses work collaboratively with all other disciplines on assigned unit. Ongoing training provides the tools to be successful in the role. A Monday-Friday schedule means no weekends.

Join RestorixHealth for continuous coaching and mentorship. Develop your career based on strengths and potential, with opportunities to move functionally, geographically, laterally and vertically. We are the leader in comprehensive wound healing and Amputation Prevention Center facilities.
