We have an opportunity available for a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the team at Ashwood Court Supportive Pathways. As an RMN nurse, you will provide high-quality care, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients to meet their needs to the highest standard. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to monitor and evaluate care standards and contribute to clinical governance processes. This role supports the development of the care home environment.

You will manage a team of dedicated professionals, document staff supervision, and ensure company policies, procedures, and processes are implemented. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals internally and externally to make a positive impact on patients and families. Foster a values-based culture in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse with active PIN
  • Mental health experience in a similar setting
  • Ability to encourage a values-based culture
  • Provide values-led leadership to the team
  • Ensure high quality care and support

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to service users
