Harmony United Psychiatric Care operates a network of outpatient mental health clinics offering comprehensive services like psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, counseling, and neuropsychological testing. The team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists serving adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. As an Independent Contractor, provide compassionate, individualized care through in-person and telehealth visits.
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for diverse mental health conditions. Manage medications and deliver brief psychotherapeutic interventions, with occasional administration of Long-Acting Injectables. Document services in compliance with company policies using the latest EMR technology.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and other providers. Benefit from full administrative support to focus on patient care. Offices operate Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth, with Friday telemedicine availability.

Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or one year of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner plus three years as a Nurse Practitioner in any specialty
- Board-certified to practice
- Active license in the State of Florida
- Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions
- Provide medication management and brief psychotherapeutic interventions
- Administer injections for Long-Acting Injectables (LAIs) when necessary
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies
- Provide documentation of the services rendered in compliance with the company policies and procedures
- Stay current with advancements in psychiatry through continuing education and professional development
