Mental Health Nurse Grade 3 - Child and Youth Mental Health

Alfred Infant Child and Youth Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (ICYAMHWS) provides accessible mental health services inclusive of family, friends and support networks. It is a specialist, multi-disciplinary intensive care service for ages 0-26.

Mental health clinicians provide clinical assessment and intervention, case-management and single session/brief therapy with children and young people experiencing emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties and their families. Responsibilities include discipline specific consultation and assessment to clients and clinical services internal and external to ICYAMHWS. Services cover perinatal care, neurodevelopmental presentations, eating disorders and outreach support.
