About this role
The Staff Nurse Supervisor at Apollo Hospitals oversees employees’ performance, provides guidance and support, identifies development needs, and manages reciprocal needs between staff and the organization for mutual success. Ensure nursing operational standards are maintained and all nurses follow policy and procedure. Communicate organizational needs effectively.
Day-to-day involves arranging staff during exigencies, deploying staff during shifts, managing workflow, and scribing during emergency codes. Train new team members and evaluate nurses’ performance. Provide reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics.
Meet patients regularly to obtain feedback regarding nursing care and secure consultants’ feedback for appropriate corrective measures. Check inventory and supplies while monitoring performance and providing regular feedback. Resolve employees’ issues and disputes through grievance redressal.

Requirements
- GNM Nursing/BSc Nursing/M.Sc Nursing
- 12+ years of experience in field of Nursing
